Phyllo dough filled with the fresh pumpkin, spices, vanilla, butter. Baked until crispy. We added this dessert for the fall season, but left it on all year round now as the costumers kept requesting it.

Pork butt, ground beef, lots of fresh garlic, spices & little beef broth. Taste great grilled, pan fried or in ethnic dishes like Todd in a Hole, Bangers & Mash. Cased in lamb casing, this sausage does not taste right if it is overcooked. Sold raw, fresh frozen.
