Tripe soup a.k.a. hangover curing soup. Beef bones and beef tripe (cow's stomach lining) are boiled for 12 hours then finished with egg yolks, sour cream and spices. Right before serving you add fresh garlic & vinegar. You love it, or you hate it. There is no in between.

You must try this soup!!! House made meatballs made with ground chicken & ground beef, cooked in a rich chicken & vegetable broth, finished with lemon juice, borsh ( fermented wheat), fresh parsley & lovage. This is one on my childhood favorite soup, heart warming full of flavor. Rice is served on the side and it can be added right before serving. As I am writing this my mouth is watering (lol).

Ground beef, ground chicken, a touch of ground lamb, rice, spices & herbs. Way different then Greek stuffed grape leaves, once you have these you will never like others. Serve with plain yogurt, sour cream or a combination of both.

Pork butt, ground beef, lots of fresh garlic, spices & little beef broth. Taste great grilled, pan fried or in ethnic dishes like Todd in a Hole, Bangers & Mash. Cased in lamb casing, this sausage does not taste right if it is overcooked. Sold raw, fresh frozen.

Nothing traditional about this meat ball. Ground pork, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, eggs, bread crumbs, spices and pan fried in pork fat -- it is like eating pop corn you don't stop until they are gone. They make for a great appetizer, no sauce needed.
