Nothing traditional about this meat ball. Ground pork, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, eggs, bread crumbs, spices and pan fried in pork fat -- it is like eating pop corn you don't stop until they are gone. They make for a great appetizer, no sauce needed.

White beans pureed with canola oil, roasted garlic, salt and black pepper, topped with caramelized onions. Thicker than your usual dip but very delicious and serves very well on a crostini, pita chips, bagel chips or hardy breads. Vegan and contains no gluten.
