• Chicken thighs marinated in fresh and dry herbs, fresh garlic, onion, mustard, oil, and other spices, served with rice and chef's veggies. I showed this recipe to my mom (aka Mamaia), and of course, she took it and made it way better than me. Now we use Mamaia's recipe. Not as healthy as chicken breast but still no gluten, no dairy and very delicious.
