Chicken thighs marinated in fresh and dry herbs, fresh garlic, onion, mustard, oil, and other spices, served with rice and chef's veggies. I showed this recipe to my mom (aka Mamaia), and of course, she took it and made it way better than me. Now we use Mamaia's recipe. Not as healthy as chicken breast but still no gluten, no dairy and very delicious.

Tripe soup a.k.a. hangover curing soup. Beef bones and beef tripe (cow's stomach lining) are boiled for 12 hours then finished with egg yolks, sour cream and spices. Right before serving you add fresh garlic & vinegar. You love it, or you hate it. There is no in between.

Our carp roe caviar is made exclusively from roe cured naturally and aged a minimum of 12 months.
